Last post of the day....

So now to look to the future!!

I have the rest of Feb free, so I have a bit of a break! Then March is nice and busy again, I have a photo shoot with one of my favourite photographers Heinz! Its a 50s style shoot in a very quint little sandwich shop in Leeds. Then there's shows a plenty, non I'm organizing, thank god! I am also going to start summers collection soon, I think I'm going to go floral again and maybe throw in some polka dots and gingham, typical Rockabilly fabrics!

I will try and keep more up to date on here now!

Speak soon!!!

The Spring Fashion Show!!!

And there it was!! The Spring Fashion Show.
What a brilliant show it was too! Again working with such a talented team. Beautifull models, excellent hair and makeup, all the girls who helped dressing backstage, all photographers and video guys and of course all the super talented designers!!
Oh and James and Harry who made the runway!

It all started at 11am Friday morning. We get to the venue and start setting up straight away, Puri tan arrived and kindly made the girls golden brown. Whilst the backstage girls set up all the rails and start organizing clothes and models, of course some last minute rail and coathanger shopping needs to be done lol. Then we start the event with a market at 5pm with stalls selling everything from kitsch jewellery, to make overs and chocolate fountains. The seats started to fill up at about 7pm and by the time the show started all the seats were full and there were people standing!! We surely did have a full house!!
Designer Red Mutha kicked off the show at 8pm, then designers such as Anam Naseer, myself and victoria rosso followed. with a short break in between the show went on with designers like Lilly Rice, Emi, The Dressing Room, Gypsophilia and Monkey Spanner. With the show being closed by Run&Fell, the lights came up and the goody bags came out!
We had so much good feedback at the end of the show! It was such a thrill to have been a part of this and be surrounded by so much talent although quite intimidating was also a brilliant insight on how to go about furthering The Tea Room!
Photo's are coming in quick and fast heres a few to start off with.....

My oh My, Iv been a busy bee!!

Well, well, well, where do I start?!!

Iv not kept up to date on here because Its been so hectic! Since I last posted I have done a shoot and a show!

So first of all the shoot! It was a collaboration with Emi <3 the jewellery collection for spring/summer. It was a crazy day! We shot in Buxton University, which had been abandoned for the past 10yrs. The weather was horrendous, absolutley pouring down! The shoot was based on Alice in wonderland. We had an AMAZING team! from the 3 models, Leah, Nadia and Alana, to Xander the jewellery designer. MUA and hairstylist Clare who did an amazing job, and not forgeting the fantastic Kera Robinson the photographer!
Im so impressed with the end result and for my first photoshoot I think I was extremly lucky to work with such a talented team!

How amazing!! I just hope all my future shoots will live up to this standard! hehehe
